Cancellations

A minimum 48 hours cancellation notice is required by phone, voice-mail, e-mail, or text message. Late cancellation or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked.

Quick Fix

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported to Glamorous Lashes & Brows within 72 hours. If there was a product malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Refund

We do not offer refunds for services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction.

Allergy

We do not offer refunds, but we will offer a free lash removal if you develop an allergic reaction within the first 72 hours after your appointment.
